DEEP-MUSCLE GYMNASTICS

It is a medium intesity class with simple choreography and it keeps your pulse in the fat-burning interval so this class is fat-burning too.

BABY-MOMMY GYMNASTICS

Doing static and dinamic exercises with the baby from the age of 2 months to 2 years. Considering arms, shoulders, legs, bottom, back and abdomen.

SPINRACING

This type of class was develop by Jonny G who was an american triathlete. This class combines the advantages a bicycle training and a aerobic class together.

Spinning is a grouped bicycle training with a professional trainer and you do it on music. This class is good who wants loose weight because it is very effective. It keeps you healthy.

Advantages:

-   it is not depend on age or weight

-   everyone is able to do it

KRT - Critical Bodyarts' Gymnastics

Critical bodyparts for women are legs and bottom. We suggest this class who is not satisfied her critical bodyparts and who is able to spend time to shape her bodyparts.

This class is static. There is no jumping. We use materials to do exercises.

TAE-BO

’Tae’ means legs and it refers kicking and training to the lower bodyparts. ’Bo’ comes from boxing and hitting the upper bodyparts. All of these makes a complete training. This kind of training is very enjoyable and it moves the whole body.
